Do You Service My Area?
We service the majority of the Chicago Area. Call us today to ensure we service your area.

Do You Bring Your Own Cleaning Supplies, Products, and Equipment?
Yes we bring our own equipment & supplies! If you prefer to have your own cleaning supplies, products, and equipment used, please provide that information in the Customer Comments section on the booking page. If you would like the cleaners to reach in a hard to reach area, please provide a 1-2 step stool for them to use.
Can I Request Special Tasks or Extras?
Absolutely! Additional services can be found on our booking page. All add-ons & extras MUST be added BEFORE the service date. Requesting for add-ons/extras on the same day as the service date may end up requring you book a 2nd service date to complete the add-ons/extras. If you don’t see the add-ons/extras you want on the booking form, please call us to see if it’s something we can accomodate.
Why Do We Take Pictures Of Your Home?
For insurance purposes, we take before and after pictures for all services rendered. These pictures will be saved in your file for future reference. We may use these pictures on social media accounts and websites, for promotional reasons. Please let us know if you do not want pictures of your home used for promotional purposes.
What Should You Do To Prepare For Our Arrival?
We would greatly appreciate if all items are picked-up from the floors (toys, clothes, shoes, etc.), all personal items are removed from kitchen countertops, bathroom vanities, and shower ledges, and no dishes are in the kitchen sink unless included in your cleaning.
What Is Not Included In Our Services?
- We do not move large and cumbersome furniture. If you would like us to clean behind a couch, bedframe, or dresser, please have it moved prior to our arrival.
- While we clean windows, ceiling fans, and cupboards, we do not clean areas that are not accessible with a 2-step ladder.
- We do not clean bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, etc.).
- We do not clean infested properties. We have the right to terminate services if we discover that the premises is infested. You will be billed for the services completed at our current hourly rate.
- We do not move large appliances.
- We do not service clients that are disrespectful and unprofessional to staff or our cleaners.

All of our cleaners are thoroughly vetted! As apart of our pre-screening process, a detailed nationwide criminal background check is completed on all of our cleaners.

Is My Billing Information Kept Safe And Secure?
Our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl and the booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. Lastly, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.
Do The Cleaning Professionals Go Through A Background Check?
Yes. All cleaners go through a nationwide criminal background check as apart of our pre-screening process.
What Is Your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee/Refund Policy?
We will service your home to the best of our ability following all Ambition Cleaning protocols. If we miss anything on our checklist, please provide us with photos of the areas missed and we will fix it within 24-48 hours.

Log into your account here and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
